How to Use: It must be more effective if you follow the suggested "paths" (pathyam). Wash 1 packet of "Njavarayari", 1 packet of "Uluva" (Fenugreek), and 1 packet of "Aasaali" thoroughly and add sufficient water to boil, Cook it well. And bring to boil along with 1 packet of powdered herbs (Podimarunnu Koottu) and 4 pinches of Induppu (Rock Salt). Add grated coconut as required at last and season with red onion and ghee, and serve hot.
